Step by step instructions
Step 1 Look for the login button
1.1 – You can find the LOGIN button at the top right corner of any page on our website.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you’re using a phone or tablet, please access the login via the top, right-hand menu (usually 3 little lines).
Step 2 Type in your login details
2.1 – In the top box, type in your EMAIL ADDRESS (the one used for Kids Hope communications).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not use your name for logging in or you will be BLOCKED by the website.
2.2 – In the bottom box, type in your password.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you’ve forgotten your password, click the ‘Lost your password?’ text.
2.3 – If you want your computer to remember your login details, tick the ‘Remember Me’ box.
Step 3 Dealing with password errors
3.1 – If you’ve typed in the wrong password. You will get an error message.
IMPORTANT NOTE 1: You need to wait 5 minutes between attempts.
IMPORTANT NOTE 2: You only get 5 attempts. The website will BLOCK you after the last attempt.
3.2 – Click on the ‘Lost your Password?’ text to reset your password. A new screen will appear (see below).
Step 4 Requesting a new password
4.1 – On the new screen, enter your email into the field (the one used for Kids Hope communications).
4.2 – Click the ‘Get New Password’ button.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Only press the button once otherwise the website will BLOCK you.
4.3 – After a couple of minutes a confirmation screen will appear.
4.4 – Check your email. If you can’t find the email in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
Step 5 Click on the link
5.1 – Click the link in your email.
5.2 – A new screen will open in your internet browser.
5.3 – Type your new password into the field.
IMPORTANT NOTE 1: Please choose a safe but memorable password.
IMPORTANT NOTE 2: As per step 2.3 you can tick the ‘Remember me’ box to save your password on your computer.
